Notes: Felt great, the maintenance runs are getting much easier day to day now that consistency has been established. Next thing to start working on is increasing the mileage on maintenance runs and focusing on form & breathing. \n\nAlso, be sure to incorporate core and stretching with every workout. Post & Pre.

Notes: Felt great actually. Went straight to the run and most to all of the shin pain was gone from prior runs. I have started doing running yoga to keep preventing injury. The stretches work extremely well.
